We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Arham Essentials. Because our products are personal care items, we follow strict hygiene standards.

Returns

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with broken seals

  • Personal care items that cannot be resold

We may accept returns only if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is defective

These issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, we will:

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method, or

  • Offer a replacement product

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
